I have had the very unfortunate pleasure dealing with Active GPS.Co.UK since 6/11/17, I ordered an 2018 update for one of my sat nav`s. I ordered this update over the Internet paid £78.98 up front and was informed by email that this Sat Nav update would be with me in 3-5 working days. I never arrived by the 21/11/17. I called them on numerous occasions to ask where my item was, they stated it has been possibility mislaid in the post. I have just learnt today they will not refund and money to me or even send out another item for at least another thirty days. I have also found out that the map update is not worth over £50.00. So this company is at least making over £30.00 per map update. I have found them extremely difficult to deal with, and even very unhelpful. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you wish to be ripped off two fold. Since posting this review I have recently spoken to the Company Owner/Director a Mr. Chris Bent who is very unwilling to help resolve this matter. He would not even as a good will either refund me the money or even send out another desk to replace the one that has gone missing. He even made a statement to state I may be trying to obtain another desk through FRAUD. This is a very bad company to deal with and extremely untrustworthy.

I would have no hesitation in recommending active gps to any one, they are very helpful with any enquiries, the mapping on the sd micro card is first class and installed straight away without having to go into settings to select it ,would definitely recommend and use again, oh yeah their prices are the best you can get as well and delivery quicker than expected.

I got helpful advice about matching a map with my version of Garmin navigator and fast service for the order. However, the site is geared up for US customers in North America and does not let you add which Canadian province your are located. I had to call them again so that this was added to the return address. If this is sorted out, I would rate them excellent.
