It can be scary when you reach your retirement age and you still have a mortgage to pay and with the interests rates now. Then comes Bloom with a way to not having to make mortgage payment. At first I thought this is too good to be true it must be a scam but it is not. It is just a different type of lender. It really didn't take that long to go through the process. Just starting the process of a reverse mortgage, husband & I are very skeptical because it sounds almost to good to be true- we are going through some financial hardships and the thought of selling our family home has been overwhelming and heartbreaking.
