My experience with Bloom Finance and my representative (Richard) was nothing less than amazing. From my initial visit to Bloom's website including my initial contact with Richard, as well as all subsequent contacts, I was positively impressed with the company's professionalism, thoroughness and just the overall excellent level of communication throughout the entire process in securing a reverse equity mortgage with Bloom. As long as you meet the very simple criteria indicated on Bloom's website with respect to age and home equity, Bloom will help you secure a reverse mortgage on your home. What I found pleasantly surprising was the speed of the entire funding process from start to finish. This was such a refreshing and positive experience compared to dealing with the traditional 6 big banks. Way to go Bloom you have raised the bar when it comes to both your product as well as the level of customer service and support that you provide to your customers !!!
