I placed my order on 07.08 and paid a delivery for up to 5days to my country for a birthday . One week later I realized the order wasn’t even shipped to me AFTER I sent a massage to ask what is going on. I received the order on 20.08. Not reliable at all - I’m not ordering for the first time! Thought the products are same as written

When I was ordering the product it was written that product will come till 18th, but it didn't tome till 22nd. Since I needed it before my experience is not very good with this. But on the other hand I know it is not your fault but you need to make sure that your time of delivery is more precise.

My package used to come on October 18th but it still didn’t. I’m very disapointed and sad because that was supposed to be aniversary gift for my boyfriend. And I didn’t recieve any information why it didn’t come or where is it. I sent an e-mail but no respond. Cruyff isn’t some cheap store and because of that I expected more.
