Hice un pedido de unas zapatillas que me equivoque de talla, a los 2 minutos mande un mail para enmendar mi error y que me trajeran la correcta antes de salir del almacén, volví a mandar otro al día siguiente, como era entre viernes y sábado me contestan lunes a primera hora de que ya no han podido hacer nada debido a que no trabajan fin de semana y ya estaba preparado... de ahí mi disconformidad.

Just had to pay £52 customs tax for delivery to UK. Very miss leading on website, its says free delivery to UK over a certain amount spent. I thought we had signed a free trade deal with the EU? I have ordered two sizes of everything so hope I don't have a problem with thr returns. Very dissapointed as my son loves the brand ****Very pleased to say that Cryuff got in touch and have refunded the Customs Tax to my account. Thank you :-)

Update: gebeld met excuus. Maar artikelen zijn nog steeds te bestellen. Dus een excuus is weinig waard en daar kopen we niks voor. Zeer slechte webshop/winkel. Voorraden niet op orde en onprofessionele manier van werken.
