Il 19.02.2024 mi recavo presso il punto vendita autorizzato Cruyff di Barcellona (Carrer de la Portaferissa 24) e acquistavo due prodotti di cui una felpa Kadix Track che a distanza di poco tempo presentava sulla parte anteriore destra delle "fibre spezzate" che si trasformavano in pallini (come una maglione di lana che si deteriora forse dopo parecchi anni). Il 25.03.2024 informavo l'azienda tramite il format on line messo a disposizione dalla stessa e scrivevo anche a diversi indirizzi email del gruppo trovati su internet ma dopo un lunghissimo iter ripetuto più volte con l'invio di foto, addirittura con tutti le parti contrassegnata dai loghi (come fossero capi di Louis Vuitton... Roba da ridere!!!), del danno della felpa e dello scontrino sono riuscito a farmi inviare, dopo diversi solleciti, un codice sconto il R645D239LC che però udite udite non può essere aggiunto al carrello quindi rimane PRATICAMENTE VIRTUALE!!!! . Trovo veramente vergognoso che una felpa il cui costo a nuovo è di ben 100,00 ( pagata dal sottoscritto solo, per modo di dire, a saldo 50,00!!!!!) in così poco tempo abbia presentato un problema che forse non è comune neanche a prodotti venduti sulla bancarella. È inconcepibile che un'azienda che vende capi di qualità (almeno giudicando dai prezzi esposti) non si faccia parte dirigente per risolvere velocemente un problema molto semplice e costringa il cliente a seguire un lunghissimo iter burocratico per stancare lo stesso fino allo sfinimento. Chiaramente il mio giudizio se fosse possibile indicarlo è MENO CINQUE STELLE, il mio consiglio È DI NON COMPRARE CAPI PRESSO QUESTA AZIENDA PERCHÉ SE SARETE SFORTUNATI (E CREDETEMI PUÒ CAPITARE ) AVRETE LETTERALMENTE BUTTATO I SOLDI.

First of all I want to say - all clothes look nice but quality is bad, after the first washing they look very bad. Snickers are very cheaply made - again nice look and that is it. Last order I made it took them one month from Europe to Europe and I still have not received it....

Es repugnante utilizar el nombre de Cruyff os queda demasiado grande, pedí unas cuantas cosas, baratas no son pongo el numero de seguimiento para saber por donde va mi pedido me sale que no existe el número ,asi que quisiera mi dinero lo antes posible o pondre una denuncia estafadorees!!

Artikelen retour gestuurd in 1 dezelfde zak. Cruyff klantenservice claimt 1 artikel niet te hebben ontvangen en verwacht dat daarvoor betaald wordt. Hoe kan dit mogelijk zijn als het in 1 dezelfde zak zit? Product die ik wel gehouden hebt en betaald ook hebt, is overigs wel mooi. De 1 ster is echt gebaseerd op de slechte retour afwerking en de afhandeling daarvan.

Waardeloos merk Binnen een half jaar hele zool door midden

Al vaker ergens schoenen online gekocht omdat het dorp waar ik woon niet eens een fatsoenlijke winkel heeft. Kom vaak van een koude kermis thuis. Afgelopen weekend voor de eerste keer bij Cruyff lopen rondneuzen. Evengoed sceptisch na zoveel teleurstellingen bij anderen, maar Cruyff heeft haar best gedaan. Binnen 2 werkdagen de schoenen in huis, zagen en keurig uit(* geen schade oid), passen prima en dat voor nog net geen 40,-. Cruyff is zeker een optie om de volgende keer weer voor schoenen te gaan.

Las bambas/calzados Cruyff sinceramente son pésimos y de muy muy baja calidad, 3 pares que he tenido y los 3 no han aguantado ni 4 meses… muy pésimo el material… se abren por las puntas y por los lados(Todas) . Una estrella por poner algo…

He realizado un pedido de un chándal el 09/12 y a día de hoy no se nada del pedido.Trato de contactar con ellos y solo conseguí un número de seguimiento de DHL donde dice que el pedido no ha salido de Holanda.Despues varios mails enviados y sin respuesta.Creo que desde Cruyff me han timado

Ordered some trainers and returned one pair on the 21st of November 2023 and I am still trying to get a refund. Their courier (DHL - They sent me the return label and the website provided information on where to drop) has lost the parcel and apparently due to their terms and conditions its my responsibility to make sure the parcel gets back to them? I kept the receipt which I have sent to them abd this is the response I have received back today Please note that we have stated the following in our Terms & Conditions that you have agreed upon prior to placing the order: ‘The customer is fully responsible for the return, the method of shipment and any insurance of the shipment.’ We are doing our best to get to the bottom of the situation, but we will have to paciently wait for the outcome of the investigation of DHL. Pretty Poor really. Update on the 27th of December - DHL have got back to Cruyff and a Marjolin has responded to me, to advise that the parcel shop has been unable to locate the parcel and are asking me if I took the parcel back. Which of course I haven't done. I have never had this before with any company - normally when you supply them with a receipt for the posted return they will refund, but they haven't. Shocking! Please be wary when returning items to them as if they get lost due to no fault of your own, they don't refund.

Realizado pedido hace 11 dias. Y sin noticias del paquete. Entiendo que el problema es de DHL la empresa logistica, daños colaterales para cruyff.com, que debe saber que su servicio queda empañado por la desidia de esta empresa de transporte.

Ordered a coat as a surprise for my husband as a Xmas gift. Fast delivery. However, returns policy even over the Xmas period is 14 days so I had to gift it to him today!! So disappointing!! I couldn’t risk losing £169.95 if it didn’t fit or he didn’t like it. I also requested delivery to a local shop but it was delivered to my house, luckily I was home.

7/12/23: 2 joggingpakken besteld en na 1x dragen en 1x wassen lieten er letters los. Na contact met de klantenservice mogen de pakken geretourneerd worden en krijg ik nieuwe opgestuurd. Keurig opgelost! Denk je.. 10/1/2024 nieuw jaar nieuwe kansen hoop ik. Behalve een heleboel heen en weer gemail zijn we niets verder. Kids kunnen de pakken niet aan en over 5 weken vertrekken we op de wintersport en daar zijn ze voor bedoeld. Heb er een hard hoofd in of ze in een Cruyff pak in Oostenrijk aan gaan komen. Desbetreffende medewerker is ziek maar inmiddels 3 weken verder zonder een enkel berichtje. Verwacht ik nu te veel? 11/1 keurig opgelost! Er worden 2 nieuwe pakken verstuurd!

Heb een schoen gekocht bij website Cruyff. Helaas komt er water binnen. Product is maar 4 weken oud. Klacht ingediend en al meer dan 10 dagen op reactie wat volgens hun max 4 dagen zou gaan duren. Er is ook tel bekend om te bellen. Hele slechte ervaring

Cruyff were really quick with my delivery which surprised me to be honest, I previously had problems with their deliveries but I want to thank them for getting my parcel to me within 3 working days this time round
