Canada | 27 July 2023After years of disappointment with using Agents I have found one that can guide me through the mind field of new regulations and I’m confident I can stay compliant and have a stress free tenancy without being lied to and afraid I’m breaking the rules and be sure I’m compliant. This comes much cheaper than the High Street Agents. What a bonus.

United Kingdom | 21 July 2023I approached Mashroom with regard to house insurance on my buy to let portfolio. I needed a unique insurance policy because my business model does not fit into main stream insurance mandates. Chris was amazing! So professional, great rapport, really listened and came back with a policy to fit at a very good price. This company is really on the ball and delivers a very professional and personal service. I am now talking to them about updating my will and ensuring I have an insurance policy to protect my assets upon my death.

United Kingdom | 14 July 2023Linda and her colleagues provide excellent customer support, as they are always ready to answer any questions raised. I tend to ask lots of questions when I am using a service for the first time. I was very impressed with the way and manner they handle my case at every stage in the process both over the phone and by email.

United Kingdom | 12 July 2023Lauren Shirazi was simply brilliant 👌🏽 She was thorough, professional and persistent in getting results. Her customer services and interpersonal skills were excellent!! Not only did she keep me up-to-date she also pushed things through when there were unforeseeable delays. I have to say my experience with Lauren handling my case was possibly one of the best and highest level of great customer services I have ever had with any company. Well done Lauren!!! She definitely deserves commending by Mashroom for the all round excellence she has displayed

United Kingdom | 08 July 2023Paul Shamplina was very good at highlighting the issues. This is yet another calamitous mistake on the Government's part.I fear for tenants with a much reduced availability of homes to rent and the Government's refusal to take any advice from housebuilding professionals as to creating new homes.Landlords will not however need to worry about the idiotic attempt to improve EPCs. The fact that most rentals are Leasehold makes the proposal impossible.

United Kingdom | 08 July 2023Used mashroom recently to book an appointment to view a rental property in Worthing. Website quite easy to use but never heard back from anyone with regard to my appointment to view,I tried twice both times with no success. Is this property really available to rent?? There should be some kind of follow up from mashroom to see if the appointment has been completed.

United Kingdom | 07 July 2023Personal and understanding service from Mashroom. It seems like an on-line partner, but behind it are really knowledgeable people who will answer your questions. Highly recommend

United Kingdom | 04 July 2023After watching a webinar with Mashroom, I decided to call them regarding my portfolio buildings insurance. I was fortunate to be connected with Sunny Channa. I had contacted 4 other companies before calling Mashroom, but no other company gave me the personal attention and expert knowledge as Sunny Channa. I'm very happy and would definitely recommend Mashroom. And as a bonus, they beat everyone's price.

United Kingdom | 04 July 2023Lisa found a good and suitable policy and offered excellent customer care. She was available on phone and explained various sections of the insurance policy patiently and without hesitation. But this is at the time of selling the policy. I hope that the same service will continue in future if and when needed.

United Kingdom | 02 July 2023Honest attempts are made to bring landlords up to speed with particular regard to the abolition of S21 and a review of the Grounds for S8 action in replacement, BUT these meetings are only an expressions of opinions by 'experts', not even Government advisers can give precise information for another year perhaps. So, for me, whose only likely grounds for a S21 Notice currently would be to sell my properties without legislative interference, is the concern as to what conditions will be imposed, if the much vaunted additional Ground 8 provision allowing such sale(s) is enacted, and how I must satisfy the Courts that I am genuinely intending to sell. Whether I sell up before the Act is on the Statute Book will have to be addressed when I know just what provisions in the revised S8 are imposed as I do not want to have to jump through hoops to gain access to my assets! Let me say that I am a responsible landlord of 25 years unimpeachable relations with my tenants, all who have been in situ for over 7 years in each property and who I charge between £50-£100 pm UNDER market rates as part of my personal social contract; the properties are in good order and my obligations viz EPC,EIRC, Fire Regs, Right To Rent are all up to date. My demise may naturally come before I have to choose a course of action but I shall not be able to extend my mortgage once I reach 80 years of age in 2025,which will crystallise my position in either event
