Working with an online agent was completely new to me although I have experience of many high street agents. I was very apprehensive about the whole thing but I was reassured every step of the way that everything would be ok. And it was!!! Whenever I had a problem I had no concerns about picking up the phone as I was guided every step of the way. I have now let out my property to a lovely tenant and not paying high street commissions. Judging by the way she operates you think you knew her for a lifetime . If it weren’t for Emi I would have given up on the whole process online because my IT skills are not up to it .

Helpful and efficient

helpful to have the insurance renewal quote via email, was quick and efficient. It was competitive as well so saved time having to shop around.

The process of adding the property and updating the photos was very clear. The whole process was led by excellent Emi, who in her charming way got us through to finding Tenant, signing the contract and moving in. I have only a small point that the customer care centre were not too responsive on some occasions. I would recommend Mashroom 👌
