Ireland | 14 November 2024From the 1st quote I got on line to calling customer service everything was absolutely flawless. Staff are ever so polite and will do anything they can for you. My Insurance went up a bit from last year and I called to query it and was able to get it back down again. I was very sceptical at first getting a great quote this was the reason for the call but everything I had on my previous Insurance came in at a fraction of the cost. This is my 2nd year with An Post and have recommended them to all my friends.

Ireland | 06 November 2024My only issue was the renewal price which I felt was too high as no claims had been made, however, after speaking to a very nice member of the insurance team, my renewal was revised sufficiently downwards that I was happy to renew for a second year
