Spain | 15 August 2024AnPost website leaves a lot to be desired. After filling out the questionnaire it told me that I could not get an online quote and had to call. Very frustrating. After calling I received a verbal quote which was subsequently confirmed in an email. As the price was acceptable I wanted to buy it. When I clicked on “buy now” I was told that again I could not do it online but rather had to do it by phone. This is extremely annoying and needs to be fixed. All else was ok, treatment by the personnel, answering of questions, price, etc. but the website experience lets the company down
