It still was a competitive quote. But I was a little disappointed. It seems whenever you switch companies you get a "good deal" - i.e thank you for switching to us. If there is a further rise in my premium next year, I defintely will be on the move again. I remain vigilant. Maybe reward your customer for been your customer if there isn't a change of circumstances etc
