So, their business model is very simple. Mostly Ukrainian workers working long night shifts, with fake Western names. Here is how this industry operates. First, the give you a contract. It doesn't legally bind them. They pretend to have a driver. They don't. They are brokers and don't have one. All of these scam companies use the same site to find a driver. Then they sign a contract with you and keep you waiting until your delivery is urgent. They call you and tell you they found a new driver but he is more expensive. This is when they actually get a driver, this is called raising, creating a sense of urgency to boost your broker fee. Extremely, extremely dishonest business, abusive inside and outside Source - I am Ukrainian.

Had a difficult time with a delivery. Even so, Wayne was able to find a driver and got it done, and he always kept in touch. Excellent job.

I would absolutely recommend Crystal Car Shipping in the future. I worked with Christopher and he was absolutely amazing! He found a carrier that was able to transport my two cars from MA to TX. After a carrier canceled my order last minute, Christopher worked tirelessly to find me another carrier that was the same price on such short notice (I also found out after the fact that he did all this on his day off)! 10/10 would recommend!

As with most people trying to ship a car for the first time, I was bombarded with people calling and many bullying. Thomas from Crystal was persistent but kind and patient and most importantly true to his word. Watch out, there are a lot of scammers/hustlers out there.

This company is a total scam! Don't believe fake reviews! Just view 1-star reviews to know their tricks to charge you more and waste your time and money! They will cancel your contract with fake contact who is supposed to be your driver and offer you another driver with more money (for us %50=$500 more)! When you sign the contract, they will charge you whatever they want, and if you want to cancel, they will not refund you anything. They do not take any responsibility and don't even apologize for canceling our shipment!! Very rude manager! He does not care about the level of stress that we had with the last-day cancelation. They just know money! They called us with a number called "Sonic Transportation" with so many bad reviews and told us that we are not that company! Now, after searching a little bit and reading 1-star reviews, we understand they are the same! Don't trust them anymore.
