The actual shipping amount (agreed upon before the car was picked up) was a little higher than the initial estimate, but reasonable and the price did not change once the contract was signed.. Amelia Perez was the Crystal representative and she kept me informed of every step in the process without my having to call. Whenever I called the shipping company after the contract was signed, someone always answered the phone and had the answer or returned my call quickly with an update. Car was picked up on 2nd day (of my 4-day window) and delivered 1200 miles 2 days later. Driver was courteous.

Company helped to move my car across country…with gas costs rising they strove to honor prior estimates but I did still get a competitive quote well above my original quote. Be sure to ask the right questions when shopping for estimates - many companies will lowball costs to get you vested. In the end we got what was needed to be done.

I needed to ship my SUV from San Diego to Boston. I searched online and found Crystal Transport. I called them and spoke to Josie who was able to give me a quote of $1600. Later on the driver would only do if I add $300. Since I needed my car right away, I agreed to the extra price. It was 7 days from the pickup in San Diego to Boston. They were unable to get the car to my driveway since the driver said the street is narrow. So I had to meet the driver halfway in a shopping mall parking lot to get my car. Overall service 4/5. Price if without the extra 4.5/5.
