Dealing with Crystal Car shipping was a pleasure. Casey was very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. I had no issues with the broker, nor the driver. The reason I give them 4 stars is because I paid $400 above quote to ship the truck and waited about a week longer than I wanted to, but these are odd times for everyone. Regardless, I felt assured with Crystal Car Shipping’s service agreement and didn’t pay a cent until the truck was picked up and on its way. No contracts to make a down payment before the truck was picked up. This gave me peace of mind. The driver they assigned me was kind, punctual and communicative with an attention to detail that I appreciated. Overall, great company to work with.
