After being a little apprehensive about this company since I’ve never heard of them before, I ended up very pleased with Crystal Car’s excellent service. Casey was my representative and he made a very smooth and stress free process while keeping care and attention to detail. It took a couple days for him to find the right transporter, but that was because I was requesting a weekend pick up. Casey still came through and offered the best deal he couple find. Very pleased indeed.

I worked with Karen Brooks. She was very easy to work with. We had one issue we had to deal with though. The closing date on my house got pushed back a day. Karen said she could work it out. On the day Crystal was to pick up my car the driver’s truck broke down and I was on a time line. Karen was off that day, so her supervisor took over and lined up a new driver. Since I got the quote I keep asking if because of the delay if it would be at the same price as the quote. I had called many transport companies, some had a better price,and some had poor reviews. I chose Crystal because of the reviews and a good price. The new driver they got was way more expensive than I had been repeatedly told. At the new price I probably would have chosen a different company, but I had no choice. The car was delivered fine, but I was unhappy that at the price change from $385 to &450.
