Simon has a very personable and kind approach. He was more than wiling to answer any questions that I had regarding a valuation of my property and further down the line, a homebuyers survey. Simon is exemplary to his profession both through his attitude and quality of work. We used Simon for a level 3 survey as our prospective house was quite old. His survey highlighted a range of issues from small issues that we have put on our to-do list, to larger issues that have saved us several thousands of pounds and were sorted by the vendor before we exchanged. (I wouldnt be 100% convinced that the larger firms would have caught these issues). I would fully reccomend Searchlight surveyors to anyone who is purchasing a property for full transparency of a property.
