Energy Advice Line's website provided an easy tool to identify alternative suppliers/ significant potential cost savings. The sales rep. quickly understood our requirements and within a half an hour not only had he found an appropriate tariff (30% saving on quote for incumbent supplier), but had taken us through the contractual process and provided us with templates to activate the change of supplier.

I was immediately offered a better deal with clear explanations of terms and conditions. Despite my cynical nature I felt that I could trust Craig Shepherd of Energy Advice Line. If I have any queries I feel confident that these will be answered quickly and clearly.

Rather than slip into out of contract high charges, Craig now looks after our energy supplies and informs us when due, dont have to waste time searching anymore for best deals and worry about renewing contracts. Electricity is so expensive at the moment I was looking at extra £300/£400 a year from my existing supplier. Spoke to Craig at Energy Advice Line and he got a deal that saves me £100 a month on Direct Debit!!!!. Good telephone manner and helped to switch over, would highly recommend. When gas is due I'll be giving Craig a ring. Thanks Mike

Craig the advisor is clear and professional, if a little to pressuring when trying to make contact.. He left a message with my staff but then called back and emailled repeatedly before I had a chance to call back, especially given my renewal was 4 months away. So good service but a bit less pressure would be great.
