Easy to use service that has reduced our electricity costs

As a small business with little time to shop around, we agreed to let Energy Advice Line help us renew our power contracts. They came up with good quotes and so far all has gone well.

We sought a cheaper 3 year fixed electricity tariff than that offered by the incumbent supplier. Energy Advice Line's website provided an easy tool to identify alternative suppliers/ significant potential cost savings. The sales rep. quickly understood our requirements and within a half an hour not only had he found an appropriate tariff (30% saving on quote for incumbent supplier), but had taken us through the contractual process and provided us with templates to activate the change of supplier.

Went to Energy Advice owing to their favourable online reviews and they lived up to the promise. Efficient service with excellent advice from Craig Shepherd, my advisor. Recommended.

Each year I search around for the best utility deals I can get for my business. Electricity is so expensive at the moment I was looking at extra £300/£400 a year from my existing supplier. Spoke to Craig at Energy Advice Line and he got a deal that saves me £100 a month on Direct Debit!!!!. Good telephone manner and helped to switch over, would highly recommend. Energy Advice LIne have helped us save on our energy bills, year on year. They give a fantastic service without any pressure. They ring promptly before the end of our contracts and help us to smoothly transfer from one supplier to the other by doing all the hard work for us. I would highly recommend them.

In general the service from energy advice line has been good, saving me time and money. Craig the advisor is clear and professional, if a little to pressuring when trying to make contact.. He left a message with my staff but then called back and emailled repeatedly before I had a chance to call back, especially given my renewal was 4 months away. So good service but a bit less pressure would be great.
