Luke at Energy Advance Line sorted out my enquirer over the phone, couldn't have been any clearer and straight forward. From their data base he was able to quote our best deal but also confirmed they check the small print before any recommendation to avoid any nasty surprises with the new contract.

As a business that has recently moved into new premises we have found taking over the utility supplies very time-consuming & protracted with the current suppliers. I spoke with Craig Shepherd who gave me useful information about the service, particularly about how Energy Advice Line vet and choose the partners they work with. This was much better than the 'call-centre' conversation I had with another comparison provider. I felt he was really knowledgeable and had been with the company for many years, which gave me peace of mind that I was dealing with a company that cared about their reputation and satisfaction of clients. There is also a concern that accurate estimates are used for quotes, rather than inflate usage estimates as other companies do to procure false low quotes which could then cause us trouble further down the line. Nice to deal with people with good ethics. Many thanks

The Energy Advice line helped me switch gas and electricity suppliers for our local Village Hall. They were able to search across deals suitable for small/micro businesses and found some fantastic savings. CRAIG was courteous and helpful - he only asked for information that was relevant to the search, and he's given me clear direction and guidance on how to manage the switch. I particularly appreciate dealing with one advisor, so there is continuity between our conversations and I can call him direct if I have any queries. Recommended - I will try this for my home utility services too!

Craig was confident Energy Advice Line had the right product for us and persisted to prove it; establishing a sales relationship where other providers had given up or been put off and even saving us money over last year's contract. Energy Advice Line's systems require customers to use "snail mail" recorded delivery to give notice to energy suppliers a minus against other providers who allow email correspondence. Otherwise the contract process seems to be going smoothly and their promise to help sort any problems with our new supplier appeals - We had endless, inane correspondence with Scottish Power last time and they took ages to make adjustments and repay money owed.
