Wir hatten insgesamt drei Transfers und einen Mietwagen bei Maki Car bzw. Maki Tours gebucht. Es hat ALLES 100% zuverlässig geklappt. Die Fahrer und die Einweisung in den Mietwagen waren sehr freundlich und völlig problemlos. Die Kommunikation per E-Mail erfolgte auf deutsch. Wir reisen viel und waren bereits oft mit Mietwagen unterwegs. Maki Car ist auf Platz 1.

Sehr zu empfehlen, lief alles reibungslos. Neuwertiges Auto, Navigationsgerät sehr hilfreich auf Mauritius. Einfache Übernahme und Abgabe des Mietwagen.

Had no problems booking a car through Maki. Good communication via email. When we arrived, a representative (from a subcontracted rental company) was waiting to pick us up and when we had to return the car, a representative was waiting to pick it up at the airport. We had a Suzuki Alto (Auto transmission) with about 11500 km on it. Clean, shiny and no issues. would recommend using them in future. GPS was a bit outdated though - we stayed at the Angsana Balaclava and the only listed hotel with that name was "Hotel Angsana" which led us to the middle of a sugar cane plantation.

Have used service the second time and still top notch. Staff very friendly and understanding. Car was very clean and new. As I had young children, they allowed me to return the car at a later time without charge. Would highly recommend service and will definitely use again.

The gentleman who collected us from the Airport could have been more visible. We had to find him as he was standing right at the back. Other than that, the service was great.

Die Anlieferung des Hyundai i 10 erfolgte zuverlässig und pünktlich ins Hotel und kostenfrei. Auch das im Preis enthaltene Navi funktionierte gut in deutscher Sprache. Einzig war das Auto nur halb betankt, aber wir mussten es auch nur halb betankt zurückgeben, was aber nicht so einfach zu taxieren ist. Haben ca. 5 Liter zu viel betankt, was aber bei einer Mietdauer von 10 Tagen und einem Spritpreis unter einem Euro nicht ins Gewicht fällt. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen und gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Fand Car Rental über eine website Einblendung. Die Idee einer ganz konkreten Autoauswahl finde ich sehr gut. Da weiss man, was man kriegt. Das Fahrzeug war i.O., bloss zwei Jahre alt, mit ca. 50.000 km auch nicht übermässig beansprucht, auch wenn der eine oder andere Tourist wohl schon mal einen Blechschaden verursacht hat. Aber, welches Auto auf Mauritius hat noch keinen gehabt. Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Abwicklung und Termintreue. Kann Maki nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Übergabe am Flughafen, das Fahrzeug selbst und Rückgabe am Flughafen war alles sehr gut. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Alles hat hervorragend geklappt. Überpünktliche Hotelzustellung und Abholung, Wagen exakt wie gebucht und in einwandfreiem Zustand.

Wir können Mali car rental nur weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden in der Ankunftshalle abgeholt, zum Wagen gebracht, danach schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Das Auto war in top Zustand und hatte ein navi, welches gleichzeitig als Tour Guide dient! Am Abreisetag wurden wir direkt vor der Abflughalle erwartet, unkomplizierter geht es nicht! Immer gerne wieder!

We used Maki car rentals for 10 days while in Mauritius. They delivered the car to our hotel and picked it up (le morne area). We had no problems at all with the car was perfect for what we needed and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a car on Mauritius.

We had the car delivered to us and collected from our hotel. The man was very friendly and efficient. We even kept him waiting and he was super friendly. No hassles at all. I would definitely use them again. No hidden costs or catches. I have rented cars many times and have had a few bad experiences but they Maki was great.

Die Übernahme des Fahrzeuges am Flughafen erfolgte pünktlich und professionell, das Fahrzeug (Toyota Corolla Axio) war sehr geräumig und bis auf kleinere Mängel (z,B.geringes Reifenprofil) i.O. Keine Probleme während 2wöchiger Mietzeit. Abgabe direkt am Departure Gate , alles in 5 min erledigt. Navigationssystem mit deutschen Ansagen und zusätzlichen Reiseinformationen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

We had booked a Hyundai i20, but got a brand new Toyota Yaris instead. The car was in good condition and the gps is up to date (and very useful). The service was also good.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Maki Car Rental. Im Navigationsgeraet warwn touristische Strecken und Ziele vorprogrammiert, und an den jeweiligen Orten wurde etwas zu dem Ort oder der Gegend erzaehlt. Abwicklung war unproblematisch und flexibel, es gab nur eine leichte Verspätung bei der Ankunft und Abgabe, dh wir mussten etwas warten.

unser Auto wurde pünktlich (zusätzlich erfolgte 30 Min. zuvor ein Anruf) zum Hotel zugestellt. Die Ausführung entsprach exakt der Bestellung (Automatik, Navi). Das Fahrzeug, Hyundai I20, war neuwertig (ca. 15000km), vom Mitarbeiter gab es eine technische Instruktion, das Navi wurde auf deutsche Sprache und das Hotel als Position "Home" justiert. In weiterer Folge gab es keinerlei Probleme mit dem Fahrzeug. Unser Fazit: problemlos, zuvorkommend, jederzeit wieder!
