The bike thet i got is rubbish got lemon for 300$

Service was good 👍the product was not 👎. The exercise bike has a defectIve pedal arm which fell off after the third day. I will be claiming return and reimbursement of item

I spent a few weeks researching the best prices and warranties, I was also skeptical of having a mattress delivered in a box. I was amazingly surprised with how quick the items I ordered were delivered and I was kept up to date with all tracking. I love the quality and I am 100% happy with my purchase.

The hoodie i bought not thick enough as shown or advertised. One got to really read their Return policy . They charge almost 40% back. Unfortunately I will not visit or buy from them again.

Package still hasn’t turned up after I was told it would be here by 9th of August at the latest it’s nearly 2.5 weeks since I ordered and paid for it I’m absolutely disgusted, I could have crawled there on my hands and knees and got it myself by now.

Still waiting on the item 3 weeks after ordering. The item i bought has advertised "1-2 days leaves warehouse". Spoke to customer service 3 times and every time they gave me different timelines, said it it would take 7 to 11 days processing time. I will not buy from this site again.

Look, I have no problems with the product, none at all with the price, none at all with the packaging, none with the quick post but I gave you a good review and have written twice seeking that you do a review for me but none has been posted. I am sorry for this review but it does not go for public viewing so it is harsh in an effort to get you to post a review for me. Sorry about that but apart from this my dealings with you were 5 star.

Happy with item purchased, only negative was delivered a week after anticipated delivery but I put that down to the covid situation in NSW.
