Australia | 05 May 2017After purchasing a lawnmower off bargains online we have used the mower a total of 10 times and it has been in the repair shop 3 times. The mower has completely fallen apart with brackets and bolts snapping and even the spark plug melting due to poor design and cheap Chinese materials. Bargains online have wiped their hands of this lemon and refuse to resolve the matter. I understand that products break sometimes but what sperates good companies from very poor ones is after sales service and honouring warranties.

Australia | 16 January 2017Ordered a spare part on 11/1/2017. Called today 16/1/2017. They gave me the tracking number. Called the courier, they advised the item has not yet been dispatched. Called bargains online again, they said they will follow it up and call me back today or tomorrow. I feel this is not good enough. I explained that the part is an urgent requirement.
