And still have not been able to get a refund even though the machine is faulty... Also brought a 62 cc chainsaw in which they sent me the wrong model and have still not offered the right model to me or offered a refund... what they are doing is sending smaller chainsaws than what you have ordered in order to make more money...Danger danger... Don't buy from online bargains FULL STOP

They are so misleading and basically USELESS SCAMMERS who take your money. I mean how is this website still even allowed to continue! I’m 18 so I don’t know much about business laws or whatever but this is just inexcusable and should be immediately put down. They have targeted the Australian market and have gotten away with it! shouldn’t this be illegal!?

I bought a dog run from them that's meant to be steel and it is completely terrible, a small 7kg dog is able to bend and break the structure. When it rains the roof caves in. For the money you spend it is absolutely horrible. Customer service team is unhelpful and blame you, saying you put it together wrong, when it was put together properly. Then try to sell you parts to replace at 'cost price' only for you to keep paying more to fortify something that is completely rubbish and will continue to break. Do not purchase.

I purchased a mattress from them with the heading SPRING FIRM FOAM. What did I get!!! Some skinny long box that you have to puff up with air to get it right. I am totally disgusted with how they responded to me by saying "Well seeing you have CHANGED YOUR MIND!" That will be 30% thanks. Which was not obvious at ALL during the purchase. So I told them. "Don't you think you should tell your customers this product needs to be aerated before it looks anything like the original. So see you guys at Fair Trading.

Very rude on the phone and email if you can even get through. Not worth the headache. Bad quality products and terrible service. Want me to pay for a shipping for return on a faulty item. I requested for refund or a new item and they pay for shipping for return of Faulty item... they refuse to honour their warranty. Buyer Beware Never again.

Two disputes so far I’ve written n no one has even bothered to contact me. It’s disgusting they’ve taken $580 totally ripped me off I’m now in my new home with no beds were sleeping on the floor becuase I can’t afford to buy more mattresses. I’m calling fair trading today!!

Australia | 12 March 2018I bought a self propelled lawn mower and it was a lemon of a machine. For a pain-stakingly long and arduous 12 months of back and forth with the same warranty guy (and getting nowhere) even with photos and video to back up the machines issues and finally getting the department of fair trading involved, this NIGHTMARE finally did get resolved. For months the machine was taken back and fourth, at my expense for petrol, to their only mechanic in Qld (Morayfield) where it could be there from one to four weeks at a time. Rather than replacing the machine early in the piece (it would have been more cost effective for the company too), they kept on getting the mechanic to do what he could, but the machine being a true lemon, kept on having serious issues. The excessive rattling and vibrations from the lawn mower just shook everything that wasn’t bolted then welded down, off. The vibrations would splutter petrol everywhere. The spark plug was melted onto the exhaust, the oil barrel had simply fallen out, the engine smoked more than a chimney and the metal brackets holding everything together under the hood were snapped or breaking and the hood was barely attached. The noise it made exceeded the decibels deemed safe. When I got the department of fair trading involved, and honestly I had to, we had come to an agreement, unfair on my part but it was either that or take them to court - which was not worth it financially. As agreed, I took the mower back to the mechanics where AGAIN it was to be ‘fixed’ and couriered back to me. I heard nothing from the mechanic nor bargains online for 5 weeks. I call the mechanic who tells me he hasn’t got the mower and hasn’t had it for weeks and that bargains online was going to replace it for me. This was news to me and the mechanic was quite shocked that I had not been informed. I then call the same warranty guy I’ve been dealing with, he tells me he sent an email (I never received one) but confirmed over the phone, that they were sending me a new model lawn mower. My experience with bargains online was a pain in the buttocks (won’t let me swear) draining waste of time, money and energy. Whatever you’re thinking of buying from them, spend that little bit extra on a better trusted known brand and seller, who has excellent customer service skills and product warranty. I will never, ever purchase anything from them again and I will advise anyone who will listen not to do so as well. If you do purchase anything from them, keep an email paper trail of everything. Thank the lord baby Jesus I did, because if I had dealt with this only over the phone, I’d still have the lemon and a god-awful headache. The ‘customer service’ was horrendous and ingenuine and their actions to resolve this matter spoke volumes. 👎 Bargains online.
