Tried to support my business with an injection of capital to the sum of £5000 through a personal Nat west credit card which I’ve been a customer for over forty years Teya accepted the payment than subsequently closed the account down basically accusing or implying money laundering without any evidence or justification and subsequently have frozen the money for six month, sent various emails explaining and proving this was to support our business and as a result they didn’t reply to any emails or phone calls, be very aware if you consider or find yourself in a similar situation, i very much doubt if this action would be taken by more established credit card providers. We are now considering legal action and considering going to the ombudsman to consider this injustice.

I would highly recommend Teya, as from the beginning, the whole process has been easy and Neil has been a great support. I have found the set up, use of machine and available functions perfect for what I need.

I had considered switching card providers but hadn't acted until Samuel Kenyon's visit. His professionalism and product knowledge were impressive. We subsequently transitioned from Worldpay to Teya, realizing significant cost savings and gaining access to a superior card machine. The customer payment link feature is particularly beneficial. The financial advantages are substantial, and I should have made this change sooner, you can atleast negotiate a good rate rather than just go by what the guide tells them they are very flexible on rates and charges . Samuel is a highly valuable asset to Teya and destined for success. I've already recommended Teya to numerous colleagues.

Absolute amazing terminal. And customer services is also amazing. The whole journey from receiving the terminals to setting up has been so easy. This is a bullet proof system you guys have. So much so I’ve got 5 terminals on the Black Friday deal. Settlements speed is great and a daily report the very next day is so helpful. Just spoke to a customer advisor sahil and he was polite professional and fully understood the reason for my call and sorted my enquiry out in one call. I can’t recommend Will enough, he has been helpful right from the beginning and still is. He calls from time to time to check how everything is going, as a business owner that is what we need.
