United Kingdom | 29 May 2024I would never recommend Teya to anyone because they deceive their customers.I moved to Teya from takepayments over a year ago. Teya's representative came to my shop and offered that they would buy out my contract that nearly had 17 months left from takepayments which was £12 per month, he also said there will be no monthly charge for Teya's terminal and there will be flat rate of 1.65% for all the cards transactions that includes credit , debit and master cards. They kept their promise for 5 to 6 months and then they started taking £12 for their terminal and stopped paying for takepayments terminal which was initially agreed as I cancelled takepayments contract because of Teya's offer. Now they are taking 2.5% for each transaction from all cards. I will definitely move to other company and also advise people not to sigh with Teya. Their reply to me for my email was that (Andres) the person I dealt with has left the company. 19/07/2024 Thank you for getting back Teya team.I see there are changes to charges in the last couple of weeks. I appreciate you have now looked into the issue and resolved part of the issue.

United Kingdom | 16 May 2024The customer service by Neil is 5 star. Quick to respond and will go the extra mile to help. Transaction fees are a lot less than the payment system I was using. The Loyverse system that Teya links with is generally very good and easy to use. The signal on the payment machine is good although connection does drop out occasionally but has been better than my other system. Loving the next working day payment. I would definitely recommend Teya.
