Using a new machine in the shop, I needed to contact Teya to learn how to use the link function. Spoke to Fahil. What a lovely guy. Clear concise instructions and just so pleasant. I see this company doing well!!!!

Teya card machine terminal was introduced by Kevin Barker to my business. It's been extremely good compared to my old terminal. With good back up and helpful suggestions from Kevin his Customer Service is above and beyond and i can't thank him enough for a professional service. I will recommend these services to other businesses.

Our business moved to Teya 2 years ago. Their rep Mike Spicer has ensured our experience throughout has been a good one and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely not a faceless payments provider like all the other ones we’ve been with in the past. We’ve just installed the Teya Tap app on all our roadside team members’ phones (only available on Android unfortunately) enabling payments to be taken remotely which has been revolutionary and put us back in control rather than relying on the customer to make payment via a payment link sent to their mobile phone or email address.

Having been with them for 12 months now, my overall experience of Teya has been very positive. The card terminal is easy to use and the display is very clear, payments are always made promptly, and the rate is very competitive. The company rep, Dean Scott, is easy to contact and always happy to call in in person to sort out any issues - which is a rare commodity and one to be valued.
