Italy | 17 August 2023L'azienda tutto sommato funziona. Il servizio clienti risponde in maniera educata, però le decisioni devono essere prese dall'alto, e lo fanno in tempi biblici. Per un reso ho aspettato dal 28 luglio, e alla fine mi hanno fatto un voucher il 14 agosto. Obbligata a spendere ancora su questo sito, che ha prodotti, a mio avviso, troppo cari per la qualità che offre

Hong Kong | 15 August 2023Update October 23, 2023 The replacement chair was finally delivered on October 18. The box had several large visible holes. Fortunately, the chair was intact and visibly free of defects. It took almost 2 months of endless emails to receive the replacement chair. Beliani sells nice products. However, there is much to be improved in the company’s customer service responsiveness when issues arise. Update September 4, 2023 The revised positive review was short lived. One of the new chairs had a manufacturing defect. One of the bolts where the chair leg is inserted was improperly soldered. This was not visible until a person sits on the chair. That person was me, yesterday. I am 1’65 and weigh 50kg. Upon sitting, the screw bolt separated from the metal frame, the leg bent and broke. It is impossible to solder the bolt as soldering would melt the plastic spaghetti threads. That chair is now useless. I’ve emailed Beliani again and asked for a replacement chair. Update September 1, 2023 After leaving a negative review on Aug. 1 and messaging Beliani on Facebook, I was finally contacted by Beliani’s customer service. I was asked to provide additional photos and was offered either a reimbursement in full or a replacement of the damaged products. I chose the replacement products. Beliani went one step further and replaced both sets (2 chairs and matching table). Thank you. August 1, 2023 Zero customer service for defective products under warranty. This review is specific to the Set tavolo e sedie da balcone spaghetti blu ACAPULCO II product. A mere 8 months into product use, 1 chair has multiple broken spaghetti threads and the other 3 chairs have multiple little holes in the plastic around the frame indicating that each individual synthetic rattan strip will start breaking shortly. As expected, the chairs are deteriorating with each passing day. This is to be expected as once 1 spaghetti strand breaks, the structure is compromised and it’s a matter of time for the rest of the strands to follow suit. I’ve emailed Beliani 3 times and have yet to receive a reply. The people manning the online chat function are useless.

Italy | 01 August 2023Good products, terrible customer care. I recently bought a coffee table, but when I received it one of the feet was shipped broken. I tried to contact their customer care by phone many times and didn't get any answer, sent them an email but I am still waiting for a reply of any kind. Prices and products are good, but I think this is not the way they should treat customers, as other competitors (even at their same price point) have a much more responsive customer care. I mean, it's not my fault if a part arrives broken, so they should arrange to fix the issue and keep the customer happy.
