Love flavours and great service

Every order has been speedy and correct. I’ve managed to get the pods at a price better than the supermarkets on the website. Compared to other brands the nzo pods never leak (I’ve had perhaps two in two years compared to Vype where it was one in five packs would leak).

emails and 3 phone calls still no one has got back to me to sort out problems

Absolutely terrible, bought a starter pack. Firstly the battery doesn't even last a day, the first pod leaked after a few hours, second pod had no taste (might have tasted a little burnt if anything!) And the third and last pod was leaking before I even put it in the vape! Shocking! Never buying again.

Customer service good but on both occasions recently order was short , although rectified doesn’t give good reason to re-order as re-occurrences of this issue.

I found out I was pregnant in July 21 and have struggled with giving up smoking after being a smoker for 24 years. I have an allergy to some vape products and have found that vapes with pods are okay for me to use although I have still struggled. I have now been smoke free for the past 5 months with thanks to NZO and especially two flavours, Icy mango and Fruit Fair. Thanks NZO

Love the pods, pen in my starter pack didn't work so had to buy one from a shop. Flavours are great. Only problem is I've had three orders now and two of those orders were short on items. Otherwise would give 5 stars.
