Great service as always! Delivery got lost (only time it has happened) contacted customer service and order replaced the same day.

On 18th October i took advantage of the reward scheme and recommended a friend to receive the free starter pack and i would get £10 rewards. I ordered my pods using the reward. |Neither my friend nor I have received our orders. I did advise NZO vape and was advised replacements would be sent - we have still had no deliveries and again advised NZO - they replied to ay there are delivery problems in Warrington and to wait a few more days. I have contacted Royal Mail and there are no problems with delivering mail and i have also had my other mail delivered. Not the best referral to give if you can't deliver. To me , it looks like you don't want to honour your referral schemes.

These just break. I’ve had 3m4 now and they stop working after a few weeks. My sister has had 3 start smoking too while on the side and almost catch fire. You don’t get a lot of smoke out of them either like other vapes. Really sad as I liked mine at first.

Great little product, slim enough style to fit in pocket without getting in the way and the battery life isn't awful. My only downside to the product itself would be that the pods are a little smaller than other vapes on the market; it would good to see a new, maybe longer vape with a larger pod capacity. When i go out for the day i'll take a spare Vape out with me and will have at least 2 spare pods on me. (With this in mind; I do use the device more regularly than the average user) They do have nice array of flavours although they don't seem to be as intense as other brands (which i personally prefer). The nicotine levels seem to be more intense than other vapes which is good for me personally. Downside to flavours would be, as not a fan of menthol I would like to see more flavours outside of the "ice" range. I can't speak for their customer service as i have yet to have an issue and encounter it; Although i find the website easy to use and order from and i have found to have no issues with the delivery yet. I do get a lot of recurring emails from them which can get slightly irritating but nothing that will stop me from using the product. It would be nice to see a larger variety of non-ice flavours and a new product with larger pod capacity and maybe longer battery life would be greatly appreciated.

I used nzo as a back up to juul my best flavour was menthol I bought a pack of menthol pods and they taste nothing like how they should I’ve had a few packs with This issue and I realised it’s not a one off problem and happens every few packs I buy I would like a refund as iam sick of this problem

Ordered a vape off here and was perfect. Ordered a spare and it showed up not working however the customer service team was great and very efficient and sent me out a replacement which works fine very happy

Customer service is terrible. I Bought the Nzo vape and 8 packs of Pods. Half of the Pods would not release any vapour and were faulty and then a few days later the actual pen stopped CHARGING.I bought another Nzo vape pen from another company and it came with a proper charge unit not a USB which is the old style I received from this company. I wrote to this company 3 separate times and have been ignored by them. All I wanted was a replacement for money wasted on large orders.I rarely leave negative reviews but after spending/wasting £90 the least they should do is reply to customers.

Came on time. I've not had a problem with any others that I've purchased in the past. But I had the 0mg ones in blackcurrant lemonade this time and out of 4 packs so far, 2 of them packs was leaking. They seemed to be more filled up than the others. Don't know if it was just a bad batch.
