Brilliant service, definitely buy again

Bought this vape, was surprised at the taste and quality. But this was short lived, on the 8th pod I used, the taste was nothing like the previous ones I had used. Called NZO to enquire about the issue, was told someone would get in touch. Waited a few days, still no reply, called in again, and was assured someone would be in touch. Two weeks later I have still not heard from anyone. Really disappointed! Will be moving to a different brand!

Excellent customer service as always. Love the multi buy deals/promotions/discount codes that are always being sent out. And of course the loyalty points which add up quite quickly to get you £5 off your next order. Any problems are always addressed promptly. Ashleigh always comes to the rescue and is a star asset to the NZO team. Would highly recommend 👌. My only minor gripe is the actual vape itself needs to be replaced every so often as will stop working after a while. On the 1st few occasions having raised this with Ashleigh she has arranged for it be replaced foc immediately however I feel bad having to complain again and again so often just purchase it from sainsburys as they often have it offer at £4.50 plus you don't need to wait for delivery......nothing worse than having to wait for delivery if your vape isn't working or you're out of pods. I do hope to see NZO in more supermarkets such as Tesco/Morrisons/Asda in the future as I have each of these within a 5/10 min drive from my house, my local Sainsburys is a small one and doesn't stock the flavour I use so I need to travel out about 8 miles to the next one if I ever need to. But that's normally only if my pods haven't arrived in time and I've ran out. I try to time it properly now as have been caught out a few times, but I now know roughly how long delivery takes so it's a rare occurrence. I've tried a few of the disposable vape bars such as Geek/Elf/Frunk which are all the hype these days but I'll never give up the NZO VAPE as there's no flavour that has yet beat Blue Raspberry Ice for me. As before I highly recommend NZO VAPE and will continue to do so especially with their excellent customer service, it makes all the difference in the world how a company treats it customers and NZO definitely look after theirs. I don't know any other companies that I use regularly for other products (non vaping) that I am on a 1st name terms with. Ashleigh you rock keep up the amazing work 👏 😘

Too expensive

So I was a long time Juul user, but I started to feel like the pods lasted less each time I bought a pack. Probably from heavy use!! But....still not value for money at all. Then I found NZO in Sainsbury's, on offer £5. I couldn't not, and I'm so happy I did! It's amazing. The hit is far better than Juul, they pods last me 2-3 days, it's more cost effective. The VAST range of flavours is great for a little trial and error. My personal favourites being Frostbite, The Blue One and Water Malone. The only issue (yet still 5*) is that one device gave up the ghost on me, but it's more than likely that I carried it everywhere with me. Including a steamy shower on the regular so my own fault. Bought a new one £5 again at Sainsbury's. I can't recommend this vape enough!!! No coil replacement, no filling, just a good throat hit and the best flavours! Thank you!

Such a range of flavours. There must be something to suit everyone. Ordered on a Friday and received parcel on the Monday. What brilliant service. Only down side is if you want to track your parcel you have to download an app
