I will never fault NZO as they are the best ecig provider by far. I do have a slight frustration with the new batteries. They have a new usb charger and they are a bit finicky. Don’t always charge on one side of the usb but fit both sides. The clip mechanism inside doesn’t hold the cartridge as tightly as the original batteries and the charge is nowhere as long. Sometimes when something isn’t broke maybe fixing it isn’t a good idea. Apart from that all the new flavours are outstanding. I vape a lot and each cartridge easily lasts a full 24 hours. The reward system is fantastic and is a great way to save on pods over a period of time. Five stars without fail..

Recently purchased a starter kit and had a problem with a burnt tasting pod, I emailed with Ashleigh and she was fantastic! Recommended changing the pod and all was fine again, she also sent me some replacement pods free of charge! Two weeks and no cigarettes, can’t recommend NZO enough!

I had an issue with an order and she emailed me straight away with the issue and sorted it within a matter of seconds! I also had an issue with the order when it arrived and she was able to send out a replacement as soon as. So thank you Ashleigh, you are a wonderful person!

Pods arrived on time but many of them were faulty. Some completely lacking flavour (strawberry watermelon), and some with a burning taste every drag. Although some of the strawberry watermelon pods were great, it did make me feel like I had wasted some of my money with this purchase.
