United States | 23 January 2025I ordered my Cozey sleeper sofa just before Thanksgiving this past year and it arrived just in time as they stated it would. It was easy to unpack and assemble and everything was there, no missing parts or pieces. After using the sleeper sofa for about a 45 days We determined the headrests were not needed for our setup because we are a shorter family and the headrests sit on top of the back seat cushion which was a bit higher than we needed. I contacted customer support and initially they stated we were outside the 30 day return window but I asked if they could make an exception. After about a day i received a response that they would send me the required packing to return the headrests (all returns must be in original box) and they would refund 85% of the cost of the headrests. This was a fantastic result as i got most of my monley back and they got perfectly good headrests they can sell again. I would not hesitate at all to purchase again from Cozey.

Canada | 23 January 2025Honestly the couch was gorgeous and it came so quickly! We got the Altus with a chaise in the emerald green velvet. Such high quality and much nicer than IKEA’s couches. Thanks so much, we’ve been in love since it arrived and it was so easy for me to set up.

However, due to all the trouble I experienced with shipping and the disastrous service provided by the shipping supplier Cozey partnered with, the overall experience was negative. I unfortunately won’t be able to recommend the product to my friends to spare them from having the same experience.

Canada | 22 January 2025Every single piece of the couch was sent out at different times, making the tracking extremely confusing. We had friends and family come to set up the couch assuming all parts had arrived but they didn’t. The last parts were set out in the snow, OPEN on our porch with snow getting inside of the packages.

We ordered a couch for $2,600 that was supposed to arrive a month ago, never received any updates, and they continually keep lying whenever I reach out to customer service. We purchased the Ciello XL Sofa and Ottoman on December 2nd. At the time of purchase, the Ciello XL Sofa estimated delivery date was Dec 25. I've had to reach out to customer service four times asking for order updates. They have never once initiated communication to inform me of any shipping delays. When I spoke with Juni from Cozey on December 31st, he said, "The new revised estimated shipping timeframe is now set between 31 December, 2024, and 09 January, 2025". Then, on January 1st, Abdul said, "I wanted to reassure you that your expected shipping date is actually January 16th." I reached out to customer service again last week and they said it would ship by January 19th. It is now January 22nd and I have not received the couch, no order updates, and no order tracking information.
