We ordered the Ceillo in dark grey. It is beautiful and super comfy. Our Sofa came in about a week packaging was amazing. Love the color. And everything about it.

Overall a great experience. Easy to put together and looks beautiful. The only couple things I don’t love is that is slides/rolls up a bit because the top part is so thin. I also didn’t realize you can’t use a roller vacuum on it which I guess I should have read into before hand. Otherwise, came quickly and looks great!

The products are such great quality, worth every penny. Customer service is incredible, delivery is fast. Highly recommend.

All items were packaged and shipped in great condition. The only down fall was that I wish the box with the directions was labeled as such because we have such a small space that we could not open all boxes at one time and did it in sections. There are QR codes on each, but it was much easier with the actual guide in hand. The guide would have been more helpful woth clearer direction as well. We put a few pieces on backwards and had to remove them which sounds easy....but it was a pain. We ordered a sectional and an ottoman. Overall, we love the couch. It is great material and overall quality. Just do not try to assemble alone. You will stress yourself out. Couches are probably 10x easier. Connecting to the corner piece for the sectional was pretty difficult.

Great but late delivery

Fabulous couch - so comfy and lovely. Delivery of our couch was split into 2 separate shipments for some reason but all worked out well. The rug was shipped separately and is beautiful. Reasonable price and looks amazing!!

Les produits que j'ai reçu (après une très très longue attente) sont de bonne qualité. La dessus je n'ai rien a redire. Par contre, j'aurais aimé savoir lors de mon achat, que les produits étaient back-order. Rien ne laissait présager ceci sur le site web. J'ai donc reçu ma commande en plusieurs colis, à des dates différentes. J'ai attendu plus de 3 semaines pour mon tapis. Étant déçue de la situation, le service client m'ont offert une compensation en me proposant de me shipper un coussin. J'ai accepté cette maigre compensation le 20 décembre 2024. Nous sommes maintenant le 21 janvier et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. On dirait une mauvaise blague ! Je me sens bernée.

The visit to the store was great, the staff were friendly and helpful allowing us to move tables etc. to see what things looked like together. We did receive one wrong item; they mistakenly shipped and end table instead of a coffee table. We spoke to the representative at 3pm Friday and had the correct table Monday. That was extremely impressive.

This is the second time you shipped defected items. Again, the measurements are way off to attach back parts to seating parts. So you basically shipped huge garbages to my house twice. Also, it’s been 72 hours since I’ve requested a support regarding the second defected parts, and I haven’t heard anything from you guys yet. Obviously, your guideline of quality control and customer support failed miserably, and I do not have any desires to use your products ever again.

I ordered the Altitude shelves with two cabinets. The instructions for assembly and installation of the shelves was stellar. So easy to understand and implement. The cabinets, not so much. The directions were horrible and it took me forever to figure it out myself. I sent a message to tech support outlining the problem I was having and to this day, no one has returned my email. Poor customer service. Please rewrite your cabinet instruction manual and/or create a video like you did for the shelves. Example: Step 4: attach doors. Period. You could be more descriptive and describe how to attach the doors and how those European latches work. Very frustrating. I haven't attached it to my wall yet. That is happening tomorrow. It took me 4 days to put the thing together.

Ordered the Neptune and am loving it. Such a comfy movie night couch. Shipping was a bit later than expected but that was more of a fedex and being in the middle of a blizzard issue.

I love the shelf that we bought. It came quickly and was packed great, And had no damage once opened. The instructions were easy to read and the shelf was also easy to put together.

The couch was easy to assemble and is super soft. They delivered the couch quickly and we are moving it.

I would say 3.5 stars for me. Customer service very helpful and polite. Always a pleasure to connect with them and easy to connect however you need to (chat, phone, etc.). Shipment got delayed but they were quick to let me know right away. My shipment finally arrived but was split into three separate shipments, not sure if this was a cozy thing or the delivery company's idea. Either way it was frustrating. Some of the sectionals hardware were installed incorrectly and I needed to remove and adjust myself. Not a huge deal, used a screwdriver and in minutes it worked as it should but you guys should check over your quality control practices. Instructions weren't that helpful because it only showed how to connect in one configuration. Perhaps have additional vids/printed instructions for different configurations? I have my couch now and it's set up properly. No complaints.

This couch certainly has a lot of hype surrounding it, but I found it to be somewhat lacking in comfort, especially when lying down. The back cushions don't seem to stay in place, which can make it feel like you're going to fall off. Additionally, considering the price point, I expected a bit more in terms of comfort and stability.
