Company was quick and responsive. Delay delivery as requested and had it within 2 days of being shipped. No follow up was required. We have had it for 2 weeks now and very much love the couch.

We are so excited about our new Cielo XL! We disappeared in it for 2 days this past weekend. We still haven’t found our dog in it! 😂. Delivery was great. Best sofa we’ve ever had! Deep, soft, modern.

I absolutely love my cozey XL couch. It came within a week (during the mail strike), delivered right to my door. Assembly was straight forward with easy directions, and can be done by yourself, although easier with a helper. Very sturdy, COMFY, couch - easy to clean if need be and has just exceeded my expectations for a couch I didn't sit on before purchasing! Highly recommend!!

J'aime tout de ce sofa! Le tissu est vraiment beau, il est très confortable et en plus livré rapidement. Il s'assemble relativement bien par une seule personne, les instructions d'assemblage sont très claires.

Moved into a new house, and needed a couch. Weeks from Oct 5th - 15th spent researching/reviewing all reviews on Cozey.com, Wired.com Review + NationalPost.com. Felt comfortable based on these myriad seemingly honest reviews online, and fast and free shipping. Purchase date: October 15th. Purchased Ciello in Forest Green - $3600.00 Original Delivery date: Nov. 12-19 October 17th: support inquiry about shipping delays: Rep response: “Unfortunately we are experiencing slight delays with the Forest Green Ciello and it will be a couple of weeks delayed, and we are truly sorry for this.” Offered $200 refund for delay. Accepted Email from Cozey November 8th, indicating more delays. Excuse is the following: “While we initially estimated delivery for Oct 21 - Oct 25, we’ve experienced an extended delay due to production adjustments with our new partner in Mexico.” “Your updated delivery window is around late November, and we’re confident in this timeframe as production is now running smoothly.” November 12th: Inquiry with support about shipping ETA. New excuse from Cozey: “In recent weeks, there have been delays at various points in our supply chain, particularly at the ports in The United States at which our stock passes through. Labour shortages and workers strikes have extended the time it takes for containers to be unloaded and sent to their final destinations. This also means that the arrival estimates our transport partners give us are less accurate, and fluctuate regularly.” November 12th: Cozey Dashboard not updating. Cozey excuse: “Thank you for pointing that out. The estimated ship date on the website should be updated soon to reflect the new expected arrival date of November 26th. The website can some times be glitchy and have delays when updating. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Please keep an eye on your dashboard for the most current information.” November 19th: Notice from Cozey and Canpar that part my order would be delivered on November 22nd. Order didn’t arrive. Cozey excuse: “I'm so sorry - your Canpar tracking number showed an estimate for Friday for 3 Ciello seats, but the order is still in transit and should update in the coming business days” November 26th, checked on status with support, Cozey excuse for delay: “Alrighty, so I do see this sofa is in Cypress Green. We are unfortunately experiencing delays at the moment in the Cypress Green. I do see two components have shipped to you, and as for the missing components we are receiving them within the next two weeks to our warehouse, to be able to ship to you. I'm very sorry for the delay.” Offered a complimentary charm set due to the continuous delays and frustration. Accepted. Order was placed on November 26th (this order never shipped!). November 28th, received another email that part of my order was now on the way. November 29th, the first part of my couch was delivered. I sat down…and was immediately disappointed. It had the comfort level of a couch that belongs in a university dorm room. It is literally sitting on a cushion on top of a wood box. It feels exactly like that. Shocked at the glowing reviews for this company. I paid $3600 for a cushion on a box. We decided then that waiting for the remaining items to be delivered would be absolutely pointless, and to just cut our losses. Thankfully we kept the boxes so we could return it (KEEP THE BOXES). December 2nd, set up the return. Sent it off to Purolator on December 10th. Between December 2nd and 12th Cozey cancelled the Charm set that was apparently odered, without notifying me. December 17th, I enquired with Cozey about the status of my refund. Told everything was delivered to the warehouse on December 10th, though it would take 10 business days to review and process the return. December 20th received notification from Cozey that the remainder of my order was being shipped to me. December 28th followed up again ( Cozey will NOT process a refund unless you follow up and ensure they do)13 business days. Refund processed, but not the full amount (armrests were still being delivered for some reason). January 2nd, followed up again, customer service shared they would try to have Canpar redirect the remaining shipment back to the warehouse. This didn’t happen. January 5th, the armrests were delivered by Canpar. January 14th, followed up with customer service again, got my final refund, and thankfully, my nightmare with Cozey ended. Great marketing/customer service company, horrific furniture company. They aren't Canadian. If you care about Canadian, buy from a real Canadian company like Palliser, or go to Leons. Sitting on an average cushion on top of a box is not worth it.

Your website guaranteed FREE delivery. That wasn't my experience. Without notice to me - my couch was dropped at a shipping depot in a community 45 minutes away from where I llive. The depot was who contacted me - NOT Cosey. They told me the couch had been deliverred to them and wanted to find out when I was going to pick up. I explained I didn't have a truck - no way to pick up! And on the problem went. In the end the situation was dumped into my lap - the consumer who had been told they would receive delivery for FREE! Very disappointing. I wouldn't be recommending your company to others. False advertising.

From walking into the door of the Toronto store to the delivery of the items, everything was perfect and easy. Larissa helped us at the store and she was very knowledgeable. She used the little models to really help me see the differences between two styles of couches and to see how it would look in our space. Ordering was easy, delivery was painless. Yes it came in 12 boxes but that was expected. Set up was easy, my husband was able to do it by himself. So far so good with the quality, will see how it lasts up against 3 kids and a dog!

I LOVE my cozey sofa. It’s perfect. So easy to put together, so comfortable and it looks incredible in my home. We purchased the celio and am so happy with our choice. The bad part of our experience came from the shipping company canpar. I’m strongly recommending you use a different company to ship your items with. It unfortunately took this from being a perfect purchasing experience. But, overall so happy with our purchase.

One of my table had a dent and the package was previously opened (The non stick pad were already on the legs, the protective corners were free in the box). That being said, the support helped me a lot to reschedule a delivery, so at least there's that (Hence the additional star). But having a new furniture already damaged is not cutting it for me.

I ordered my Ciello XL 2-seater sofa on New Year’s Eve and it was in my living room January 3! Instructions were clear, hardware was minimal, and it was more connecting than full on assembly. I did it myself and I’m 74, but it did take me almost twice as long to do. It’s so comfy and long enough for someone 5’4” to sleep on! It took me awhile to decide, and I ordered the free fabric samples first so the only surprise was the lush comfort of this cloud-like sofa. It’s the perfect start for my new year!

We ordered the XL Ciello 3-seater way back in September 2024 in the green corduroy. Upon delivery in December, the middle back rest was the wrong size and one of the back rest cushion covers was also the wrong size. Details were sent to Cozey and they initiated replacements. Today we received the cushion cover only to discover they sent the seat cushion cover instead of the back rest cover. They have given us $400 off and are throwing in a side table for free. We also get to keep the seat cushion cover. At this point not sure if all this hassle was worth it, but then again, more of a hassle to send everything back!

Purchased a Ciello XL. After a couple months of less than average use, the cushions have all collapsed and sagging. No durability. We've asked for warranty, which was denied. Update to Comment: We have spoken with the warranty department (approximately 1.5 months ago and within the last 2 weeks). The cushions are not cloud like, they are like falling into the abyss. We regularly fluff cushions and back rests. We pull all cushions every week, we unzip and readjust stuffing. We flip them to distribute wear and put back on the couch in different positions to change wear locations. Nothing helps, you sit on the couch base.. I often suppliment my cushion with a pillow or blanket.
