At first I was very skeptical about whether or not my Antminer S19j PRO would reach my country Honduras once paid, and partly because of the large amount of money involved in converting HNL to USD and the latter to USDT (this is my case, as there are multiple methods payment to buy); However - and after a while -, I already have my first Bitcoin miner in my possession, ready to go as soon as I hire a professional electrician to help me with the the automatic transfer board. linked to the electric generator when the power goes out (which is very common in my country). This is a genuine review from a very pleased customer. I live in Northern California and ordered a couple KD Box miners from CryptoMinerBros on 11/6 and received my order via DHL express yesterday 11/17. I want to personally thank their customer sales representative Hansu for all of his help. This was my first time ordering crypto miners and I'll say that I spent in the tens of thousands on these miners and my anxiety was through the roof while waiting for them to arrive. I would reach out to Hansu nearly on a daily basis and ask for status updates as it took a few days before I received a DHL tracking number. He was so kind, polite, and very attentive. He would send me screenshots of his conversations with the employees at the Goldshell factory to update me on the status of the shipment. I received my miners a day earlier than expected. ALSO, as I purchased these miners the price of Kadena was skyrocketing and so was the price of these miners. Within 72 hours of my purchase the cost of the miners had more than doubled. Instead of CryptoMinerBros cancelling my order to sell the promised miners to another buyer at the much higher price they were honorable and continued on processing my purchase. I will from now on only purchase from CryptoMinerBros as they go above and beyond with customer service and are true to their word even when they could take advantage of customers who live in distant countries. The equipment was delayed and Miner Bros did send usdt to my account to make up for lost revenue. I had to replace a hashboard due to intermittent malfunctions. But overall as a used L3+ it is running ok and hopefully for some time more.
