Currently waiting for miners and have been told that a shipping ticket will be issued soon. However the time has elapsed on when that ticket should be due and have not heard back. I know this may be a small company but they need to be more transparent about why things are delayed. Too many orders, supply issues etc ? We need better communications please. They have been good in the past and I wish to do a lot more business with them so communications is key to a successful business relationship. [edit] I have just upgraded my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. These guys are solid and are on the ball. I think they understand that communications needs to improve now.
