Ich rate jedem dringend davon ab, hier zu bestellen – besonders bei internationalen Lieferungen. Mein Paket hat über 2 Wochen gebraucht und dann wurde es einfach irgendwo abgegeben, ohne dass ich irgendeine Information dazu erhalten habe. Nach unzähligen Stunden Recherche und mehreren Nachfragen habe ich erfahren, dass mein Paket angeblich an einer nicht existenten Adresse hinterlegt wurde – einem Wohnhaus ohne Abholstation! Selbst die Post hat bestätigt, dass es dort keinen Pickup-Point gibt. Mittlerweile sind über 2 Monate vergangen, mein Paket wurde zurück an den Absender geschickt, und NFD erstattet mir mein Geld einfach nicht zurück. Der Kundenservice? Eine komplette Enttäuschung! Ich bekomme immer nur wieder die Shipping-Nummer, die mir absolut nichts bringt, und als „Lösung“ einen 5%-Rabattcode für meine nächste Bestellung – als ob ich hier jemals wieder bestellen würde! Ich will einfach nur mein Geld zurück – es geht hier um über 200 €, das ist kein Kleingeld! Dieser ganze Albtraum hat mich Stunden an Zeit und Nerven gekostet. Ich warte immer noch auf mein Geld falls ich das überhaupt jemals bekomme und kann nur jedem empfehlen: Finger weg von diesem Shop! 😡

The system from buying to receiving was faultless but dress didn't suit so I will be returning it

The packaging was terrible, folding a dress worth over £100 in such a small parcel is not good, when I opened it it was creased and I was disappointed by the quality The dress was not for me, sending it back in this small package was not easy and not far to the customer

Clothes are expertly made, cut to ensure a good fit, fabrics are fabulous… I’ve got two shirts and a skirt - I’ve my eye on two dresses… that speaks volumes…

Absolutely love this dress, I have worked out I can wear it 6 ways!..its extremely versatile.. The material is sheer but it has a thick underskirt, and its stretchy!. Im a size 12/14 and 57, I have had so many compliments, Ive worn as a skirt as well as various ways as a dress...every which way i've worn it, it looks so lovely on...Its a lovely leopard print and I love it!...got it next day delivery...buy it you wont be disappointed..

I haven’t received my dress, ordered it 12 days ago!

The sizing was not clear , so I ordered American size 10. I have then had to return at my own expense and tracked has cost me over £10 (from the Channel Islands ) . For this reason I would not order from here again as the risk of the item not fitting or not suiting is too costly .

Fell in love with a dress, received it within a couple of days. However dress was too large to exchanged for a smaller size which was done really quickly and easily. The dress is fabulous and good quality. I couldn’t be more pleased with it.

Wore them for the first time, nice fit, lining soft and warm unlike some I've owned in the past that leave you feeling cold and clammy. Love them and definitely recommend.
