The quality of the jumper not as expected frankly quite dissapointing

OMG, this dress is amazing! Fits perfectly, I am usually a size 36, so I also ordered a 36 from this dress. It fits perfect, but if I had to choose, I would say sizings is on the smaller side. I feel absolutely stunning. Bought it for my atelier opening and this dress is going to steal the show haha!!

Nearly everything I order is perfect (an occasional glitch when I think I've lost more weight than I have!!). I have probably 8 Miley shirts in various colours and I adore all the glitter on the website. Sizes are very generous and delivery is super fast. Product quality is fantastic. No issues from me except please don't keep tempting me with gorgeous clothes.

Since purchasing it last year in December 2023, I have washed it only four times, as it is a Christmas season style. On the recent fourth wash, I followed the care instructions exactly, washing it on a delicate 30-degree setting with other delicate materials, all of which came out perfectly—except for this item. The silver colour became blotchy and appeared melted after washing. Despite this, the brand acknowledged similar issues with both the silver and gold versions (only with metallic fabrics) but stated that their supplier conducted all necessary tests, which were passed. They believe that tumble drying or exposure to heat—such as drying near a radiator or wearing in hot, sunny weather—could cause this damage. However, I did not place it in a dryer or near a radiator, and as this is a winter-season garment, it was never exposed to the sun—I live in Ireland, where this is simply not a factor. They also admitted that PU-coated fabrics have a shorter lifespan than other materials. If that’s the case, this should be clearly communicated to customers—especially when charging €140 for a garment with such poor durability. There is clearly an ongoing quality issue with this product. Given the known problems with similar skirts, I am extremely disappointed that no reimbursement was offered (especially as they are still selling this item). I have purchased multiple NFD items and this experience has turned me off this brand. Poor quality and poor customer service. Update since NFD response: I have written proof from your technical team representative Hannah that this has occurred in both coloured metallic jaspre skirts previously so be honest in your replies.

I am still waiting on my parcel to arrive. When I click on tracking, there are no tracking details. Very disappointing

I bought a Jem dress last year & this year I placed another order for holiday dresses. I received the wrong order & made to feel like a criminal for trying to return the wrong item. Customer services are absolutely ridiculous & I will be envoking my consumer rights. 5/2/25 Thank you for your feedback, this case is far from closed, in my opinion as I will be returning the incorrect item to you in accordance with my consumer rights, you need to take a good look at your systems.

Great jumper great material and value

Wanted to exchange the product but the system wouldn't allow. Initially paid for delivery to my address and now have to pay for return delivery and pay again for delivery to my home address if i order something else. Disapointed really.

I just love NFD. The clothes make me feel amazing and the colours & patterns bring joy even on the dullest of days. They are not the cheapest of items but they are different to anything out there on the high street. Ordering and returns are fuss free and the loyalty scheme is a nice little bonus. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

The ordering and delivery of the items was great. Sadly the cut and fit of the skirt was quite frankly rubbish. And for a nearly £60 skirt isn’t good enough. Quality of the fabric was good though

I have purchased several pieces from NFD and they never fail . The quality and fit are second to none . Their Jaspre wrap skirts are always a go to for me and flatted every figure .

The website and ordering process was fine, the shirt I ordered was absolutely lovely but massive and far too long for me. I returned the item for a refund.
