I ordered a dress from their website more than 2 weeks before my birthday thinking it would arrive on time. I live in Barcelona and regularly order clothes from retailers in the UK. There was a delay in getting the dress dispatched from their UK depot which their customer team admitted to and their tracking links never update so I was constantly having to email to ask for an update. I think for a brand that asks for a premium on their items (this dress was 130€ for a mesh style dress) their logistics and supply chain should be able to match this. When the dress finally arrived (after my birthday so I couldn't wear it), the under slip had white marks and a stain on it which was a real shame. On the positive side, their customer service team are very friendly, they do try and help and most of these issues are really beyond their control. I see this as NFD as a company really trying to maximise their margins. I don't think the premium price tag they place on their brand matches the service they try to offer. I.e. they source the cheapest possible couriers they can get and cheap clothes for maximum price tag. Thats my perception anyways. They're also purposefully vague on their website with regards to shipping and delivery times.

Great options, quick delivery, great product

I ordered twice/paid, and my order was cancelled twice. I was told there was an error on the website. Well, if u have an error it would occur once not twice for the same reason. If an item is out of stock don’t put it on the website and the compensation should not be a 10% discount it should be a notification of when the item would actually be available!

My order was packed and delivered quickly. I love the colours and weight of the Cardigan that I purchased. However, at 5foot 3, and a size 12 I feel that the cardigan(I bought medium size) would sit better on a taller, thinner person. The sleeves are a bit long and they space between the lower 2 buttons really gape when sitting. But my biggest annoyance is that one of buttons wasn't sewn in properly.

The size guide helped me order the perfect size, which can sometimes be difficult online. The shirt is beautiful, lovely fabric and well made. Will definitely be shopping here again!
