Do not trust this company. 1) They will give you a very low estimate for your move, then contract out the move to another company. The fine print in the contract has all kinds of restrictions about the load being heavier than estimated. Restrictions include having to negotiate with the mover on site on the day of move, up to having your move denied by the mover. 2). They pressure you to pay a large percentage of your move up front. Don't, because if anything changes you can't get your money back. You get a 1 year credit. Worthless if you have to use a different mover and are not planning to move again 3). They don't answer your calls and every time you get a new person to talk to. Don't even try to reach the salesman that hooked you first. I left multiple messages and finally looked up customer service and they also change every time. Not helpful!!! Amerisafe is a scam company. I lost $7,500 and wish someone had warned me. They are not a 4.6 company.

Amerisafe has the worst customer service, they will take a list of all items you need to move underestimate the cost for you to sign up for their service then you will receive a call selling you more space at a ridiculous price. If you say no the movers show up and the crew I had was good with the exception of the one clearly in control. I ended up speaking to another person. It felt like a scam. I ended up paying an additional $800 and still didn’t have all of my items moved. They broke my headboard, scratched my floors and steps. I have been trying for over week to speak to someone and have it addressed. EVERYONE I spoke to was rude and made it very clear that customer service was NOT their priority. My issues and concerns still have not been addressed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This was a significant factor in my decision to choose AmriSafe. Now, the subcontracted company has contacted me, demanding payment for the storage, contradicting what was promised. When I tried to reconnect with Andrew to discuss these discrepancies, his response was dismissive and unhelpful, stating, "Do whatever you want; we will charge." 5. *Threat of Additional Charges*: Even more frustratingly, there are hints of further charges to come, adding to the already bloated costs. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of honesty, professionalism, and customer care from AmriSafe has been appalling. I am left feeling scammed and mistreated.
