DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY We purchased a jacuzzi bath for over £1000 and it was faulty ! As we had it for over 2 weeks before it was installed we were told we had to pay £300 to return it, they wanted a video of the fault and numerous photos which would mean calling the electrician and plumber back to film them fitting a faulty bath ‘again’ we found the company rude and evasive with every time we try to contact them ! We now have a standard bath with no working jacuzzi and have wasted over a £1000 ! I hope this review prevents this from happening to anyone else ! SCAMMERS !!!

Very easy and excellent choice

I bought two sofa beds from Beliani for £619 each. They were for my guest room, so would only be used occasionally when my two step-sons came to visit. To start with, these sofa's looked to be good value, they were attractive and folded out to a nice big beds, which although impossible to get a sheet over, functioned ok with a sleeping bag. Then the block that held the fold out bed in place fell off. I should have taken it as a sign but instead I screwed it back on by drilling a couple of holes through it and attaching two new screws. Then the legs folded in on themselves and the sofa collapsed! At the same time the back of the second sofa gave way and would only work if pushed right up against the wall. The two sofas had both broken within a year, and they were only used occasionally, maybe one or two weekends a month. So I called up and was offered one of two choices. 1) I accept a replacement sofa bit and keep the arms, chaise lounge and bed part, of the original sofa, BUT they couldn't guaranteed a perfect colour match! 2) I accept a £250 refund ( I'd paid £1240). I said couldn't accept a replacement unless it matched exactly, and I would prefer a bigger refund, but Beliani doubled down and said it was one or the other. I accepted the money in the end. It was less hassle, but I spent most of it getting somebody to take away the broken sofas. They'll be the last thing I buy here and I've bought lots of furniture from them. Its a shame.
