Beliani sells everything :-) I ordered a garden lantern whilst browsing on this site. It has a huge range to chose from and very competitively priced. Most importantly, they have excellent customer service. If you email with an issue they reply promptly with a phone number so that you can phone straight through to talk to someone. Customer service like this is a rarity. I will be buying from here again :-)

Called customer services to confirm the width of the gap between the wooden slats. The representative was very helpful and stayed on the phone with me to confirm several different models. Thank you for the help! We look forward to sleeping in our new bed.

I brought a white Prime Armchair from Beliani, wish I never had and spent my money elsewhere. I have had problems with the chair since it was delivered back last August. The chair was sloped I got in touch with them and they offered a £150 refund (the chair was just under £400) stupidly I took it. Back in April the chair's backrest snapped and broke, I fell back off it, and they replaced it but now the chair is full sloped and they are offering me £100 store credit for my inconvenience, I have advised I would like it to be collected and refunded but having no luck. Do yourself a favour save yourself the stress and a headache and spend your money elsewhere because Beliani's products DO NOT last and they don't care!

unbelievably difficult to pay with PayPal, constant barrage of stages and request to login with a password that you have not created. Absolute nightmare ! Took three attempts

I wish there were no star ratings… This company is the worst place to purchase trust me guys DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE… the customer service is absolutely bad very very bad & ridiculous. They don’t help you they there are bunch of lazy & liars behind the phone they promise you at the ad you see about products or while u buying sofa or bed but TRUST ME after you have purchased anything happens.. they won’t help u or change.. my order came damaged they refused to sent me another sofa which was damaged on arrival. Then After 6 months of buying sofa from them I noticed my sofa has started to get rips in it yes REAL LEATHER LOL, i called them & they did nothing! Just offering me to be quiet for £75 that’s all!! of £1500 sofa’s.. the return policy and warranty is a bunch of shambles you can’t return any product you bought from and they will never replace the item. They ask for original packaging but how are you possibly to keep original packaging after a couple of months of buying a product. they are accusing us that is the sofa damages is our fault. & offered us £75 in return, who accept this offer ? Pls be careful from this company guys do not let ur self be next Victim.. They are the worst of worst company to buy from SO SAVE YOUR SELF GUYS.

I get that you are trying to keep your youtube Ad as short and as informative as possible to get the most out of the 5 seconds on the ad but your ad is extremely annoying because of the way the woman sings on it. From the auto tuned voice to the pitch and even the way she sings makes the ad unpleasantly catchy and irritating. It makes the person listening feel like they are forced which is very discomforting for the viewer. I recommend you at least change the singing voice to someone who is more pleasant to hear. The music should sound more appealing also. The ad directly represents your brand so at least make sure it sounds more pleasant.

I bought an Armchair with a stool patchwork some months ago (7906778) I am very happy with it. Fantastic quality and excellent customer services. Beliani answered emails straight away. But their delivery partner Serene Logistics (Order No: 7906778/3) was an absolute nightmare. When you buy from Beliani make sure they do not deliver with Serene Logistics. Check Serene Logistics Trustpilot feedbacks here. Otherwise I strongly recommend Beliani.

Interesting items and competitive price, but disappointed to be asked to pay for transportation warranty - very unusual, would have expected the seller to organise this.
