All I can start with is a warning! We bought a metal garden bistro set -it’s shockingly poor quality :( We feel completely ripped off and on approaching the company we we’re basically told it can’t get wet so it’s our fault! Yep it rains in our garden! This garden furniture is clearly manufactured from very poor quality steel and then painted poorly. The customer support is dismissive so my advice is to heed my warning and avoid this over priced poor quality company,

Dreadful company! Purchased a Sofa in 2021, seating pads collapsed after just 6 weeks of use! Beliani completely refuse to help! I'm now having to pursue through 'Small Claims Court'. **AVOID, AVOID AT ALL COSTS**

Excellent service and products!

I don't usually write reviews but Beliani have been really fantastic for us. We bought a garden sofa set plus a garden table and chairs from them early last year, paying a good price for them especially considering the pandemic. Great service and delivery at the time. This yea when getting the sofa out of storage we realised a cushion had been damaged over the winter. On the off chance I got in touch with Beliani, explained and asked if they sold the cushions separately. They didn't but they said they would see what they could do. After very prompt and efficient service we have received a new cushion in the post at a really good price. Fantastic service and look forward to using them again in the future.

Beliani had my last review removed - they'd rather fight customers than provide reasonable service. Ordered a garden table and bench set for over £400. Table top turned up scratched despite the packaging being straight. One of the legs of the benches was longer than the other, everything was poorly manufactured and misaligned. Beliani insisted I pay return costs despite providing evidence of the issues. In the end refused to accept a return at all because the packaging had been ruined by storing it in my garden (small house). Avoid.

Amazing experience, furniture which change interior for better !

We ordered a 8 seater MAESTRO rattan garden furniture set from Beliani which is a Swiss Company, so we expected high quality. In reality the items delivered have turned out to be Chinese manufactured rubbish. After using the furniture for 3 summers, the plastic rattan has completely disintegrated !! In fact, the rattan on the glass top tables lasted less than two years – this was because we ‘failed to protect them from the sun’ according to Beliani !! I can see that this furniture is still available on the Beliani UK website for £2649 - a great price which works out at a cost of £1000 per year plus the cost of disposal. I did complain to Beliani but the items were ‘out of warranty’ so tough luck - a great response from Beliani Customer Service Dept. Whilst I purchased from Beliani France, the UK product will be just as bad (I wish I could post photos to show how bad!!). The Rattan quality is "not fit for purpose" - a concept that Beliani does not understand ! Garden furnature needs to be able to tolerate the sun in the north of France !!!!!! Update - The furniture cannot be used anymore (after 3.5 summers), so I have loaded into my trailer and taken to the rubbish tip - the best place for it !!
