This service is actually a blessing. ATT is the absolute worst. They lead me on for a week telling me they're going to unlock my phone. It never gets unlocked. Then my bill is past due at this point and they tell me I have to pay the bill. Bruh F all that. I called Rogers to get my phone unlocked and after 30 minutes, was asked to leave a callback number!
