Background - Old iPhone 5s locked to Rogers. Account dormant for over 2 years. Rogers says they cannot assist (understandably as phone has been purged from their system) Found a recommendation regarding CanadaUnlocking.com and checked out the site. The code generated to unlock my phone did not work and Canadaunlocking would not refund me my money. I called the Telus store and they unlocked my phone for free. Useless website. I do not recommend using it at all.
