The unlock number didn’t work. How do I get this resolved?

I am really astonished! My service provider Rogers was not able to resolve my locked phone issue five days in a row trying multiple codes to unfreeze it with no success. This was my last option before I went and bought a new phone, I am very impressed with their services and glad that I took a leap of faith and got in touch with them. It took 2 months but they were finally able to unlock my samsung on T-Mobile. Communication from them regarding the progress of the order, or why it was taking so long was also lacking during this process.
