We have had nothing but great service from this estate agency. Me and my wife was unsure about selling with this current covid pandemic. However once we spoke with the estate agents Claire and Dan they advised us of her safety measures which made us feel comfortable. We had the house valued and was happy with the price they gave us. Once the house was put up on their website it didn't take long for people to show interest. Our house was sold within the month of being up for sale and we got the asking price we wanted. Whist our house was going through Claire and Dan the estate agents was very helpful with any information we needed. Highly recommend.

Daniel and Claire have been absolutely amazing all the way throughout our property purchase and they both have been working hard to achieve the best results. Our emails and text messages (no matter how many, what time of the day or what day of the week/ including weekends) have been replied to immediately and in pure detail. Well, just saying "Estate agents" used to make some people uneasy but this definitely shouldn't be the case with Dan Thomas & Co. Should you be thinking about selling/purchasing a property in the North West Kent area it would be a mistake to overlook this new agency. We chose Dan Thomas and Co agent after a neighbour gave a glowing review on their performance and we were not let down. Looking back, working with Dan and Claire on the sale of our property in the shadows of the pandemic was definitely the right choice, I don't think we would have seen the attention to detail, excellent communication etc etc. These guys are really switched on and never missed a beat. We cannot praise Dan and Claire @ Dan Thomas & Co. enough. Walking around our new house in a bit of a daze and can't quite believe this is our house! We would never have even looked at Hartley if it hadn't been for Dan and everything has just fallen into place! He has been more like our agent then who we actually sold through! His honest and proactive approach has really helped make this whole process so much easier. He found us a house and turned it into our home.

We purchased a property on the market with Dan Thomas and co and wished we had also sold our property through him too. We were kept up to date and we really got a sense that he was on our side and working for us as much as his vendors. Any questions we had he worked hard to get the answers for promptly. He had good connections with the conveyancer we used and so was able to help speed the process along and chase on our behalf. When Dan showed us round the property I was struck by how personable yet professional he was, he gave us all the information we needed but also gave us the space to take a look in our own time too - it can be really off putting when estate agents give you the hard sell and don’t give you any space to get to know the property - not the case at all with Dan. There are so many wheeler-dealer estate agents out there but Dan is a respectable professional. I’ve sold two properties now and if I happen to sell another I would use Dan Thomas and co and recommend him to my friends and family. He also gave a very warm welcome on the day of completion, handing over the keys at the property which was such a nice touch not having to faff around going to an office.

I can't recommend Dan enough, he truly is a 'cut above the rest' in our experience.
