I was very impressed by Dan who saw the house before it was marketed and gave his honest opinion about the marketing strategy he would suggest, which turned out to be an excellent strategy resulting in several offers being made soon after the property went on the market. They stand out from other estate agents I have dealt with - I particularly liked the lack of a 'hard sell' at the outset and their enthusiasm throughout. They are a lot more proactive than most agents I have dealt with, and helped move things along when there was some delay in proceeding to exchange of contracts with the first offer we accepted subject to contract. It was of particular concern to us to avoid delays as we were selling the property as trustees. Dan's team worked efficiently and seemlessly, and their was always someone available to deal with anything pressing that arose on any given day. Absolutely amazing!! From start to finish the entire team at Dan Thomas&Co have been brilliant. Without these guys I genuinely don’t believe the purchase of my new house would’ve gone as smooth as it did. When it comes to estate agents these guys really do lead the way! Everything you would want in an Estate agent - from viewing to completing. Very quick to respond to any queries, efficient always, polite, helpful. Nothing was ever too much and I certainly unintentionally gave them a challenge. When I experienced difficulties with obtaining a mortgage they supported me and patiently accepted what was going on. They recommend I spoke with their mortgage broker who managed to get what I needed and we are in our new home. They’ve made the impossible possible. Can’t recommend their professionalism enough.

The team kept us informed of every development and got back to our enquiries promptly even after we had moved in. They pursued the solicitors regularly to ensure that the sales went through before mortgage deals expired.
