I personally have not had many great experiences with estate agents, the lack of communication/calls/emails not being returned constantly having to chase has lead to frustration and a complete lack of confidence and faith in agents. However, my dealing with Claire Down @ Dan Thomas and Co completely exceeded my expectations! Claire was professional, honest, communicated brilliantly with pace and I felt she genuinely cared and I was not another number. I have to admit, I had never heard of Dan Thomas & Co before my recent dealings with them but I will certainly recommend their services and if I go to sell a property I will most certainly approach DT@CO. I purchased my first property through Dan (and Claire), and sadly my solicitor was awful. Thankfully I had Dan and Claire to essentially fill in the gaps where the solicitor had missed things and help me to understand what is a very confusing process if you are doing it for the first time! They were patient and kept me updated with any issues the selling end brilliantly. If I was ever to sell a property I would undoubtedly choose Dan Thomas & Co in the future (my parents have said the same!). Thanks both for an excellent service!

Have recently completed on the sale of my house and cannot recommend Dan and his team highly enough. Moving house can be a stressful experience but I received regular updates including out of hours help, support and advice when needed. Nothing was too much trouble and greatly appreciate Dan and Claire's efforts in securing the sale.
