Efficient and professional, good advice and service received

I have been having cosmetic work done on my front 8 teeth and today had 8 porcelain vaneers fitted. Dr Mina and his assistant were extremely caring, patient and so kind! It was a nervous experience for me, but Dr Mina explained every step of the procedure to me, and ensured I was comfortable and pain free throughout the treatment. I am very pleased with the outcome, and I am very grateful for the professionalism of Dr Mina, his assistant, and also the front office staff who are also very kind and caring. I can’t recommend this dental surgery high enough! Thank you! Jo B

2020 was when I became a patient at Gentle Dental Care. Before this, I had not been to any Dentist Practice for many years due to a horrible experience with my previous Dentist. From the very first appointment with Dr Avi, everything changed. At first, I was still very sceptical and didn’t trust anyone. I was very reluctant to corporate and would require a family member to be there with me at all times. Even having my first lot of fillings in the Dentist's chair was so daunting as I’ve always been put to sleep for procedures like this. Although I was petrified during the whole process Dr Avi explained everything as he went along and reassured me the whole time. Since having the work done, this is when everything changed for me! And I began to trust that I was in safe hands. Also, due to having such a small mouth caused by a disability. Dr Avi has never once made me feel any different and has treated me as he would with any of his other patients and for that I will forever be grateful! I can't believe that years of fearing the Dentist has changed from not even wanting to step one foot in the door to being able to go to all appointments without any issues and attend them on my own. (Don't get me wrong I still feel nervous, but once I'm in the Dentist's chair I feel in safe hands). I can’t think of a better Dentist practice or Dentist Surgeon (Dr Avi) to attend and I will forever remain his patient!

I saw the lovely hygienist today together with Georgiana, the nurse. Feel in great hands to get my oral hygiene best can be, but also so well looked after. I speak as someone who had a terrible phobia of dentists and with the help of my wonderful dentist, Ian Sousby, I am so over that now. I now think nothing of regular visits to the dentist. Go me! I had an appointment for a tooth extraction and was extremely nervous beforehand. Dr Mish clearly and calmly explained everything to me and I can honestly say that I experienced no pain whatsoever. In fact I didn’t even realise that he had removed the tooth until I felt the gap in my mouth! Thank you for all your care

I visited Gentle Dental in Crowborough this morning for a tooth extraction, TheDentist was Rosh Valiyamarinil and Estela Cruz . They were fantastic. I was terrified and they were both so sweet to me. I fully recommend them both to anyone afraid of going to the dentist, please don’t be , as they are wonderful. Cannot praise them enough. Many thanks to you. Alison on reception was and is so so kind, and caring and a thoroughly nice person.

Dr Sanaz was amazing. Professional, efficient and understanding of my anxiety. Great communicator, telling me everything and making sure I understood everything. I have to go back for more work and now I’m not worried. Great service all round and cannot recommend enough. I love my dentist and I hate the dentist! Just disappointed they could not take any more NHS patients

Quick response and seen by a lovely, efficient dentist. She was great. My experience with trying to book appointments was not as great. I miss the small office and knowing the staff when Purley Whites was an independent dental practice.

I have been with Gentle Dental since April 2021 when I had chronic gum disease and loose teeth. I had a great plan put in place and also implants and the care, expertise and experience from Mish, Cam and the team is exceptional. Every aspect is explained and procedures are carried out comfortably. No matter how bad you believe your condition may be this can be changed as I have experienced. Also, the advice given for my own at home cleaning means that I am doing the right things to maintain and improve my gum and oral health. I thoroughly recommend Gentle Dental.

A fantastic dentist. As an extremely nervous and tense patient who has struggled with going to the dentists my entire life Gental Dental and Dr Mish especially have been fantastic. Through years of neglect and not going to a dentists regularly I had several teeth missing and wanted implants but the thought of everything involved in getting them was overwhelming so I put off for years until I met Dr Mish. I am so happy that I have been able to get the work done now. Dr Mish and Gental Dental have been outstanding and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From quality of work and care to understanding patients needs they have been brilliant.

My hygienist Lina, was very sensitive to my needs explaining the importance of looking after my gums and teeth. Each step of the routine using the dental brushes was painless and made me feel at ease as I felt nervous when I arrived however, all my fears disappeared with Lina's professionalism. Brilliant experience.

Reference to DR Bilkees Peer in Gentle Dental Tonbridge. I have been a patient for a few years now, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my treatment. In fact my previous dentist had given up with what they could help me with …. But Bilkees not only did the very best for me, but gave me so much confidence in my smile and well being. So I thank her for that. People have a fear of dentist’s but she puts you at ease and in fact she does so much to reassure you and doesn’t push you into anything you wouldn’t feel comfortable with. So as far as I am concerned I have the best dentist in Tonbrige

Totally painless, could even say relaxing, wisdom tooth extraction! From the moment I arrived they made me feel welcome. Dr Mish came and reassured me not worry as I was nervous due to having previously had another tooth removed, only a month ago, which was quite traumatic! Dr Mish and his assistant spoke through everything, taking their time and without even realising, it was all over and my wisdom tooth removed - Amazing! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!! Thank you
