Patiently listened to teeth problems, a detailed explanation for needed treatment was given with estimate of cost, no rush and time punctuality was maintained on every appointments; yes, GENTLE was really felt, wonderful place and staff.

I have been with this practice for much of my adult life (the dental practice I was with from a child was taken over by them). I have always found all the staff, receptionists; hygienists; dental nurses & dentists to be friendly, yet professional and the actual surgery I now attend is modern bright & always looks exceptionally clean & tidy. I am a nervous patient. I'm very needle phobic, especially when it comes to dental injections, this probably means it takes longer to treat me if injections are needed, like for the crown I have just had done, but I never feel a problem. I would definitely recommend my dentist to friends & family if they were looking for a practice.

I first met Dr Mish some time ago when I brought my elderly Aunt to see him. Having seen the manner, care and professionalism when dealing with her I decided after many years of not seeing a dentist to seek his help for myself. He completely understood my fears and really put me at ease from the initial consultation through the extensive treatment I have had. The whole team at Gentle Dental Care have been truly caring helpful and always reassuring and I would happily recommend them should you need help with your teeth and gums.

When I arrived I noticed that the office and treatment room were immaculate, clean above and beyond my expectation. The receptionist was professional yet warm and friendly and extremely helpful. My experience with Dr. Hanna was one of the best I have ever had with a medical professional. When she sat with me it was as if she had all the time in the world to answer my questions and to explain my treatment options. I felt at ease and confident with her being my dentist as of this very first appointment. One glaring thing that must be addressed is the broken glass on the front door. Which gives a very poor first impression.

From first presenting with fractured tooth to beginning implant surgery and completing today, I have at no point been in pain. A peaceful and calm atmosphere would be enough to allay the anxiety of the most nervous patient. At all times I have been encouraged to get in touch over any concerns. I haven’t needed to but it is a comfort to know that help is readily available. Top class!

I’ve had the same dentist for many years so when my dentist Roxy retired I was lost at whether to stay at gentle care or move on. It was also the reason I had not been back in 18 months. Well today I’ve changed my mind, I met Shivani, she was very welcoming, friendly and gave honest feedback. It has really put my mind at ease. Thank you Shivani!!

The dentist was very good explaining what he was going to do gave me option of glue or cement. I plumbed for cement. He fitted the crown that was dislodged back on to the tooth having cleaned the site well. The amount of time needed to wait over the christmas period is what let Gentle dental down over all. A emergency appointment still cost me £70.00, but for an emergency having to wait over a week wasn't good.

It is always such a pleasure to go and see Dr Avi, Dr Mish and the team at Gentle Dental Care; it is more like visiting good friends than visiting the Dentist. Their professionalism and care fill you with the utmost confidence that you are in good hands. I have recently had treatment for an Implant with Dr Mish and from the outset, I have felt completely comfortable and at ease with the whole procedure. Dr Mish explains everything to you, step by step and makes sure you understand what is going to happen. The whole procedure to date has been pain free and very easy. An implant is an invasive procedure and you need to feel happy and confident with your Dental Surgeon and with Dr Mish you will have no worries at all. I cannot recommend Dr Avi, Dr Mish and the GDC team highly enough, they are “simply the best”.
